Setting up Agile from scratch or fixing what's broken. Jira and Confluence configuration, board and workflow design, ceremony facilitation, team ramp-up. For teams that know they need structure but don't have a Scrum Master to build it.
Enterprise Systems & Integration
SAP S/4HANA, SAP Commerce Cloud, Salesforce CRM, and CPI integrations. I coordinate upgrades, deployments, and cross-platform data syncs — and I read the code when I need to.

Senior TPM leading enterprise integration delivery across multiple business systems. Restructured triage workflow, cut average ticket resolution time, and stood up exec-level reporting from previously siloed data.
SM Supermalls
Product Owner across mobile apps, web, and chatbots for the largest mall operator in the Philippines. Drove a 30% engagement lift over two years and shipped contact tracing, e-commerce, and robotics initiatives on time.
Wide-out Workforces
Dev TPM running a team of 20 engineers and QA against US client commitments. Built the cadence, the communication rhythm, and the accountability that made the team predictable to its clients.

I'm a Technical Project Manager and consultant based in Phenix City, Alabama, originally from the Philippines. Fifteen-plus years running complex technical delivery for enterprise and consumer clients — integrations, e-commerce, mobile, and large digital programs — with a developer's background underneath. I read the code when I have to. I keep the plan honest. I tell the truth about risk early.
