What I'm working on

Right now I'm leading enterprise SAP Commerce Cloud delivery for a technology distribution company, and contracting on release documentation and internal tooling for a trade show services company. On the side, I'm heads-down on CartaTap — a custom ordering and booking system for local businesses — and running dec8.io, my software studio. I also host The Human I'm Becoming, a reflective podcast recorded under the name Gabz.

End-to-end delivery across Waterfall, Scrum, and Kanban. I run the full cycle: scoping, roadmap, stakeholder alignment, risk, dependencies, launch. Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, MS Project.

Agile Coaching & Jira Setup

Setting up Agile from scratch or fixing what's broken. Jira and Confluence configuration, board and workflow design, ceremony facilitation, team ramp-up. For teams that know they need structure but don't have a Scrum Master to build it.

Enterprise Systems & Integration

SAP S/4HANA, SAP Commerce Cloud, Salesforce CRM, and CPI integrations. I coordinate upgrades, deployments, and cross-platform data syncs — and I read the code when I need to.

Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM, email marketing, conversion optimization. I've run paid campaigns and SEO at consumer scale (30% engagement lift over two years at SM Supermalls) and on my own products today.

I own products end-to-end: discovery, design, engineering, launch. I've shipped enterprise integrations, consumer mobile apps, and a shelf of independent SaaS products — often as a solo operator.

I'm a Technical Project Manager consultant based in Phenix City, Alabama, originally from the Philippines. I've spent 15+ years delivering complex technical projects — SAP integrations, e-commerce platforms, consumer mobile apps, digital marketing campaigns for large brands — and in parallel, I build and ship independent products where I own the full stack: PM, engineering, design, and growth.
